Chocolate & Sea salt pecans

You know sometimes you want to eat something that feels a bit naught but isn’t? Well here is your answer. Cacao is actually great for you and full of magnesium!

1/3 cup of raw unsweetened cacao

1/3 cup of bittersweet dark chocolate chips

1/3 cup of coconut oil

3 cups of pecans

1 Tablespoon of maple syrup

sea salt to taste

Melt the cacao, chocolate chips, maple syrup and coconut oil in a small pan. When melted turn off the heat and add in the pecans, stirring until covered. Transfer to an oiled glass dish or parchment paper and sprinkle with the sea salt. Allow to cool and enjoy.
